Ideal for back filling lanes and many more uses
Hard-standings, haul roads, building sub-bases, path/road/highway/driveway/patio sub-bases, farm tracks. Known as Road Plainings although many refer to them as Road Scalpings or Road Scrapings. Using them also reduces pressure on quarried aggregate stocks. Road plainings also hold excellent drainage qualities.

BS1200 (fine sand) For blockbuilding & rendering
0-4mm Sand, Also known as rough sand. Ideal for concrete mixing, blinding, screeding & also holds excellent drainage properties for slab laying.
Blended sand, this is a special sand that our team blends in-house. This is a mixture of fine sand & 0-4mm sand required for screed flooring specialists.
Available in 4mm up to 200mm and anywhere inbetween.
We supply hard gravel granite, sometimes silver in colour with flecks of black and white and a slight sparkle when reflected by the light. This can be subject to change based on availability. Please do ensure to leave your specified wants and needs, and we will do our best to accomodate.

We offer great value Top Soil available to collect or can be delivered. Our Top Soil is as dug, however we do take our upmost care to remove debris.
Also available is Blended/Screened Top Soil. This can be supplied by prior arrangement, although we do have blended Top Soil in bags ready to collect.
This is a mixed product of stone and sand, also known as mixed aggregates. This is primarily used for blinding, ready mix concrete and many other uses.
Available for collection from our premises in Roche, or can be delivered loose or in bags.
